Akere Muna to present his manifesto September 23

Barrister Akere Muna has said he will present his vision to Cameroonians at a ceremony at the Yaounde Conference Center a day into campaigns ahead of the October 7 polls.

He wrote on his Facebook page:

« To build A New Republic, we need to keep reflection alive, set up a permanent think-tank and anticipate on ways to improve things. The worrisome situation in our country economically, politically and socially, requires a deep analysis and appropriate responses. This is the reason why I recently requested a report on the governance of our country, by national and international experts on the model of the African Peer Review Mechanism (M.A.E.P.). From this very elaborate report, I wrote my program for the reconstruction of our Nation.

« I will have the pleasure this Saturday, September 22nd, 2018 at the Palais des Congrès, during the Convention of the Platform for A New Republic, to present my program and our vision to change Cameroon.

« A Facebook live will be available on my page that day. »
