A student of the Beka-Hossere High School, in Adamawa is under arrest for having broken into the school principal’s office, stealing a total sum of 900,000FCFA.
The student, who was caught on tape through the CCTV cameras installed around the school, drilled three holes on the wall of the office before entering into it.
He equally drilled identical holes in three other offices at the administrative block before stepping out of the building.
He was apprehended in his parents home moments after the video footage which incriminated him was reviewed.
Security sources say the boy had already spent 14,000FCFA of the money he had stolen. His heartbroken father is reported to have fainted twice as his child was being presented to the authorities.
