Cameroon President, Paul Biya, allegedly slumps at opening ceremony

The Cameroonian Octegenarian is said to have briefly collapsed shortly after addressing the thousands present at the Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations, opening ceremony. A video making the rounds on social media shows President Paul Biya apparently passing out for a few seconds.

President Biya is seen briefly losing his balance before regaining his seat as the cameras were taken off him.

President Biya who has ruled Cameroon for nearly 40 years will 89 on February 13.
