André Onana a été nominé pour son action avec sa fondation, qui fournit des soins médicaux gratuits et des interventions chirurgicales de haute qualité à des centaines de personnes, en particulier des enfants, issues des communautés défavorisées du Cameroun et d’autres pays d’Afrique subsaharienne.

Sa fondation a réalisé plus de 1 200 opérations chirurgicales en trois ans, un chiffre impressionnant qui témoigne de l’engagement et de la détermination d’André Onana en faveur de la santé et du bien-être des populations les plus vulnérables.
