Arrested Cameroonian priest says his mission not ended
Rev. Father Lado Ludovic who was on Tuesday arrested by security forces for embarking on a walk to call for peace in Cameroon’s North West and South West regions has said his mission is not over yet.
The priest wrote on his Facebook page, that “I will continue”.
Father Ludovic was on his way to Yaounde when police officers arrested him in Edea, in the Sanaga Maritime Division. He was released shortly after.
Father Ludovic says his is walking “to pray and plead on the one hand for dialogue, justice, peace and reconciliation in the North-West and South-West of Cameroon and on the other hand to do penance for the reparation of crimes against human dignity committed in these regions”.
