At least 8 people die in Ngaoundere-Garoua road accident.

A horrific collision on the Ngaoundere-Garoua highway in Cameroon has claimed the lives of at least eight people.

Many other passengers have been injured.

On Thursday, August 9, 2023, a public transportation vehicle was involved in an accident a short distance from Ngaoundere in the Adamawa region.

There are fears that the death toll could be more

The bus was on its way to Garoua, the North Region’s capital when the tragedy occurred.

Injured victims have been taken to the hospital!

MMI has discovered footage purporting to show the catastrophic destruction caused by the bus crash.
