In a security-tied polling station in Bamenda, Territorial Administration Minister, Atanga Nji Paul has just cast his vote in the ongoing municipal and legislative elections.
He was accompanied by North West governor, Adolphe Lele L’Afrique.
Thousands are expected to cast their votes in the hours ahead but only few polling stations are available in secured parts of the city as separatists vow to attack voters and officials.
Close to fifty political parties are vying for the 180 seats in parliament and 360 mayoral posts in the election boycotted by opposition leader, Prof. Maurice Kamto
