Ayah International Foundation drags Dr. Success Nkongho, others to court

The Ayah International Foundation(AIF) has on this day Tuesday 7th December 2020 at the court of first instance in Yaounde filed a lawsuit against some individuals, media organs and social media platforms.

According to a released signed by the Ayah Ayah Abine; president of the Ayah International foundation, the lawsuit is against Dr. Success Nkongho, Njume Frankline, Ernest Obama, Vision 4 TV, “Ma Kontry Pipo Dem” ( a social media platform) and L’Anecdote newspaper for exaggerated defamation, blackmail and propagation of hate speech against Ayah International Foundation of buying, importing and distributing arms to “Amba Boys” in the North West and South West regions.

AIF says it will work with the judicial police, diplomatic representatives, interpol US and UK government, Facebook administration and Cameroonians to ” …oblige people and media houses mentioned above to provide evidence in a law court of their declarations”.

To the Ayah International Foundation, similar lawsuits will be filed in US and other Europe.
