Back to school 2021: University of Bamenda admits 2,289 students on first list

Two thousand, two hundred and eighty nine students seeking admission to study in the University of Bamenda’s classical faculties have been given provisional admission to study in the university for the 2021-2022 academic year.

According to a release signed by the vice-chancellor of the university, Professor Theresia Nkuo Akenji, those who have been selected can proceed with registration in the various faculties after collecting their admission letters.

Competitive entrance exams into the university schools are also going on and it’s expected that by the start of effective teaching in the university, all admitted students would have completed registration.


In a related release signed by the university’s vice-chancellor, October 7th, students newly admitted into the university without a pass in English at the ordinary level shall sit for an English proficiency test on October 14th to validate their admission.
