“Beast in the ring…” Cameroonians Celebrate Ng’annou’s UFC Title Defence

Cameroonian-born Mixed Martial Arts Athlete and UFC Heavyweight Champion of the World Francis Ng’annou has for the first time defended his title as world Champion.

Cameroonians around the world have been overjoyed as the ‘The Predator’ was victorious via a unanimous decision after 5 rounds against French fighter Ciryle Gane in California, U.S.A.

Social media users have not wasted time to praise the world champion for his exploit. “N’gannou is a beast in the ring… Gane was down for most of the time” reacted a supporter.

Another said “Success is gotten through perseverance, patience, endurance and consistency. Congratulations Mr N’gannou”.

Another social media user saw the funny colonial joke in the victory by insinuating, “They can’t colonize us and still beat you bro give that boy the beating of his life. Bro champ!!!”

Francis Ng’annou meanwhile, said he was super delighted after his victory. He said his victory is a result of “hard work and training for over 10 months…”

The World Champion also sent his thanks to his supporters in Cameroon, and said they have been keeping him going all through his UFC career.
