Bonaberi: Ghastly accident leaves two dead, five injured

Two persons have died while five others have sustained severe injuries in a ghastly traffic accident in Bonaberi, Douala in the Littoral Region.

The tragic incident which took place on November 15, 2022, was a result of a collision between two vehicles around “Carrefour Mutzig”.

An eyewitness recounted that one of the drivers was distracted while on the wheel, causing him to rash into the vehicle ahead of him.

“The shock was fatal as two people died on the spot. Five injured were registered and referred to a local hospital in the Akwa district,” reported ActuCameroun.

The bodies of the deceased on their part were ferried to the mortuary, pending burial.
