The compound of a renowned businessman in Bamenda who hails from the west region of the country has been attacked by unknown gunmen.
The incident reportedly occurred Monday evening at Banja street neighborhood in Bamenda.
His gateman was reportedly shot during the attack.
We gathered that one of the testicles of the gateman was shattered by bullets fired by attackers.
The gateman was rushed to a medical facility in Nkwen in the Bamenda III subdivision.
Eyewitnesses say the owner of the compound whom the gunmen attacked is the owner of the store at way in Nkwen, Park where two armed men were caught by the population last month of May 2021,as they attempted taking the man away.
The military siezed the armed men and their corpses were later seen at Sabga in Tubah sub division.
