At least ten people are said to have died following a road accident that occurred this Tuesday – in Garoua- Boulaï, a town in the East Region of Cameroon.
A bus belonging to the Touristique Express crashed ‘in Tapare, a village situated between Bindiba and Illa’ a source told MMI.
At least ten passengers died and nearly twenty others were severely injured. Witnesses say the casualties could be more.
The names of the 19 injured victims were released shortly after the incident was announced.
Management of Touristique have still not mentioned what caused the accident.
The injured victims are now receiving treatment in hospital.
