Cameroon Cup 2021: PWD Bamenda intensifies training

Cameroon cup finalist PWD Social Football club of Bamenda has returned to their base in Bamenda after taking part in a two-week training camp in Yaounde to prepare for the finals of the Cup of Cameroon and the next football season.

During their two-week stay in Yaounde, the team played four friendly matches, winning three and losing one. They scored 12 goals and conceded 4.

The head coach, David Pagou who has been with the team for the past two seasons has cautioned the players on how to live responsibly during this period.

Team officials say the training camp was another moment for the team to scout new players to defend the colors of the team during the upcoming football season.

The team will resume collective training on October 12 while waiting for the date of the finals of the cup of Cameroon against Astres of Douala.
