Cameroon national football team gets a new coach?

Gustavo Augusto Poyet Dominguez has been made new coach of the indomitable lions of Cameroon. The 51 year Uruguayan football manager a source has disclosed has been selected by football authorities in Cameroon to replace Clarence Seedorf dismissed immediately after the 2019 African Cup of Nations on account of poor performance.

Reports say, the new manager is expected to arrive Cameroon later today from France on invitation of the minister of sports Narcise Mouelle Kombi, though the later has not issued a statement confirming his appointment as coach.

Poyet started his career as an assistant football manager in 2007 at English side, Leeds United.
His recent professional activity includes coaching Girondin of Bordeaux in France from January to August 2018.

Gustavo Augusto Poyet Dominguez as a professional player played at Chelsea, Tottenham and Real Zaragoza.
