Cameroon female Volleyball team
The Cameroonian female volleyball team qualified for the semi-finals of the African Volleyball Championship on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, after sweeping Morocco 3-0 (25-17, 25-23, 25-18) in their quarter-final match.
The match was played at the Yaoundé Multipurpose Sports Complex in Cameroon. Cameroon dominated the match from start to finish, thanks to their strong offence and defence.
With this win, Cameroon has advanced to the semi-finals of the tournament, where they will face Kenya.
The Cameroonian team is hoping to win the tournament and qualify for the 2023 FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Championship.
The semi-finals of the African Volleyball Championship will be played on Friday, August 25, 2023. The final will be played on Sunday, August 27, 2023.
