Cameroonian-born lawyer, Diane Ngonde, dies in Rwanda

The Cameroonian community in Rwanda is mourning the passing of one of its esteemed members, Diane Ngonde, who is reported to have died some days ago in Kigali.

Following a brief illness, Ms. Diane Ngonde, a Cameroonian lawyer working in Rwanda, passed away at King Faiçal Hospital in Kigali. She was well-respected in the legal field.

Ms. Ngonde was renowned for her dedication to upholding the rights of girls and young people. She had specifically helped to establish a legal clinic for women and children who were domestic abuse victims. She had taken involved in several initiatives for young Cameroonian people and was dedicated to ensuring access to justice for all.
