Cameroonian couple in Equatorial Guinea: Wife pours boiled water on husband accusing him of infidelity

Another marital brawl by a Cameroonian couple in Equatorial Guinea has produced a deadly outcome. The couple is suffering from serious injuries they inflicted on each other.

The wife whose name we got as Jackline, boiled a pot of water and poured on her husband, Gerald, while the latter was asleep. Our informant close to the couple says Jackline accused her husband of having extramarital affairs.

“Gerald has been living with Jackline for a very long time now here in Equatorial Guinea. But unfortunately for them, they have no kids together. Gerald, however, has another concubine with whom he has fathered a child while in his marital home,” our informant said on grounds of anonymity.

“It all started when a rumor broke out that Gerald had opened a restaurant for his concubine here in Equatorial Guinea. They had quite a heated argument over the allegations,” our source added.

The loud voices apparently died down with time and Gerald went to bed in the evening to have some rest. Jackline meanwhile was not over it yet and had something planned for Gerald.

“As Gerald was asleep, Jackline boiled a pot of water mixed with pepper and salt. She poured the hot solution on Gerald while he was deep asleep. It was with that shock and confusion that Gerald woke up in pains and equally pounced on Jackline, beating her violently causing her to lose three teeth”.

The pair were rushed to the General hospital in Bata, Equatorial Guinea where they are both responding to treatment.
