A 27-year-old Cameroonian teacher was found dead in his room in Thailand on Wednesday, after he failed to report to work on the morning of Wednesday, August 13.
The Khiri Rat Nikhom district police say he was lying on the floor beside his bed and covered with a thin piece of cloth when they found him dead.
They had been tipped off about the sad news at about 8.30am local time, according to the daily newspaper, Thailand Post.
Identified by the pseudonym “Mr Bertrand”, he was reportedly teaching English at Baan Tha Khanon School
“Police said there were no signs of a struggle, assault or forced entry. His death may be related to an underlying medical condition,” Thailand Post reported, adding that an autopsy will reveal the cause of death.
