Cameroon Banga transporter caught in Dubai (cannabis)
Ada Mirabel Abah, a Cameroonian lady, based in Dubai has been placed under custody after getting exposed to a dangerous drug trafficking business. Mirabel, who is a lactating mum of a 1-month-old baby, was seized by a group of Cameroonians in Dubai, who discovered heavy amounts of Marijuana in goods that had been sent to her by her aunt in Cameroon.
Married to a Nigerian man, also based in Dubai, Mirabel in her interrogation revealed that she had been doing the business for just over a month without the knowledge of her husband.
Her accomplice in Cameroon often sent the drugs packaged inside containers of palm oil and vegetables through ignorant travelers to Mirabel in Dubai. She said in her interrogation “There’s a woman in Douala from whom I buy Kg’s from. In it, they put the marijuana in vegetables and palm oil then send it to me here.”
“I have been doing it for 1 month, just after putting to bed… my husband does not know about what I have been doing” she reluctantly revealed during her interrogation.
Mirabel was seized by the relatives of the boy through whom her parcel had been sent from Douala, Cameroon. The discovery was made by the boy who decided to unpack the cargo before making the shocking discovery. Several kilograms of marijuana had been stuffed into it and sent to Dubai.
“This girl is very wicked and she has to be arrested as soon as possible. Look at the kind of risks she put me through. Imagine if I had been caught by the airport authorities?” The deliverer lamented.
After being seized by the furious Cameroonians in Dubai, Mirabel, located in Satwa with her husband was handed over to the Dubai police for further action.
