Cameroonian referee, Elvis Noupoue has been selected to serve as an assistant referee at the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup. Noupoue is among 69 assistant referees to officiate the tournament.
He will feature at the World Cup in Qatar alongside six other African referees.
These African referees include: Janny Sikazwe from Zambia, Solima Mukasanga from Rwanda, Maguette Ndiaye from Senegal, Mustapha Ghorba from Algeria, Victor Gomes from South Africa and Gassama Bakary from Gambia.
The tournament rumbles off on November 21, 2022.
