Cameroonians in oblivion as Biya’s ‘long’ short private stay ensues

Cameroon’s president, Paul Biya has now spent close to a month out of the country in what was initially defined as a “short private stay”.

Shortly after his arrival in Switzerland, the Anti-sadinard Brigade, a group opposed to Biya’s close to 40-year grip on power, launched a wave of protests called “operation catcham”.

The group called on Biya to step down so that “Cameroon can breathe”.

Before long, CPDM songbirds mobilized sycophants like themselves to receive Biya, their “Champion” back in Yaounde.

Biya did not however show up and there is no sign as to when he will return to the Central African country plagued by untold woes.

Students hired from the town of Douala to sing the longserving President songs of praise were shamefully returned, same as dance groups.

As Cameroonians grind in pain, Biya and his bogus delegation continue to enjoy taxpayers’ money in Switzerland.
