Emmanuel Chatue, CEO of CANAL 2 International Television has been appointed senator by president Paul Biya.
He is one of the thirty senators appointed by Mr Biya to complete the upper house of parliament.
Also on the list of thirty, are FECAFOOT’s former president, Seidou Mbombo Njoya and other opposition party members.
The Cameroon Senate is now complete following today’s decision.
This is coming few weeks after the Senatorial Elections in the country.
Chatue, it should be recalled is a supporter of the ruling Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM) Party.
