Chief Fosanoh Blaise Awarded Honorary Doctorate for Philanthropic Contributions

HRH Chief Fosanoh Blaise, president of the Cameroonian community in Georgia, USA, has been awarded an honorary doctorate in Humane Letters. The International School of Champions Theological Institute will confer this honorary degree on June 28. The award recognises his extensive philanthropic work.

Through the Fosanoh Foundation, HRH Chief Fosanoh Blaise, from Nkwingallah village in Lebialem, South west Cameroon, has supported numerous initiatives benefiting communities in Cameroon and internationally. The foundation primarily assists orphans, vulnerable children, and disadvantaged individuals.

Philanthropic Initiatives in Cameroon and Internationally

HRH Chief Fosanoh Blaise has contributed to orphanages in the Littoral and South West regions of Cameroon. They have provided scholarships, and distributed food aid to displaced women in North West Cameroon. Since 2016, ongoing conflict in the Northwest and Southwest regions has displaced hundreds of thousands and disrupted education for many children.

In December 2023, the Fosanoh Foundation extended its outreach to the United States by distributing gifts to over 200 children.

Recognition and Awards

HRH Chief Fosanoh Blaise’s philanthropic efforts have been acknowledged through several awards. He received leadership awards in 2018 in Lexington, Kentucky, and in 2024 in Huntsville, Alabama.

In addition, the Secretary of State of Georgia designated him a Goodwill Ambassador and Honorary Citizen in recognition of his volunteer work and leadership. In March 2025, the Cameroon Ambassador to the United States honoured him with a Cameroon Diaspora Leadership Award. They further affirm his role as a cultural ambassador.

Business and Leadership Roles

In addition to his philanthropic work, HRH Chief Fosanoh Blaise is a business leader. He is the founder and CEO of the Fosanoh Foundation and the general manager of FOS TIRES AND AUTO CARE LLC in the USA. He also serves as CEO and leader of the Cameroon Community of Georgia (CAMCOGA).

Receiving the honorary doctorate reinforces his commitment to continued community impact and leadership.
