The president of the Constitutional Council, Clement Atangana has received an award as the best manager of public institutions in the country.
The Constitutional Council head, 79 was honoured by a Collective of Investigative Journalists, CIJ.
The award was handed the statesman on November 16 in Yaounde.
According to the initiators , he was singled out for his “thoroughness and Competence”.
