Constitutional Council president honoured as “best public service manager”

The president of the Constitutional Council, Clement Atangana has received an award as the best manager of public institutions in the country.

The Constitutional Council head, 79 was honoured by a Collective of Investigative Journalists, CIJ.

The award was handed the statesman on November 16 in Yaounde.

According to the initiators , he was singled out for his “thoroughness and Competence”.

Given the disputes that ensued after the 2018 presidential election results, is this a fair assessment?
