Controversial Facebook Page specialized in smear campaign against “Amba” sympathizers

A controversial Facebook page known as “Kontri Pipo” has particularly been noted and reported for its smear campaigns against Facebook users who seem to make Pro-Ambazonian comments on its Page.

A good number of unfortunate Facebook users who have dared to comment in favor of the Ambazonia cause under this page, have had their pictures spread all over Facebook and tagged as being Ambazonian Fighters or sponsors.

One of the victims of this smear campaigns has confided to MMI that he knows the individual who runs the page personally, and that he also fell a victim of his smear campaigns after he challenged him about his derogatory Facebook posts.

“There’s this guy called Naseri Clovis who runs the page ‘Kontri Pipo’. I have always challenged him for his Facebook blackmails… Thursday afternoon, he announced the death of separatist fighter, General Spirito and I commented ‘RIP Spirit, na God go fight for we’. He went and downloaded my pictures from my timeline and blackmailed me in a later post on ‘Kontri Pipo’.”

Some unfortunate victims of these antics have reportedly recieved threats from unknown individuals. Some have equally gone missing after some of such blackmails, bringing to doubt whether their dissapearance had anything to do with the post or not.
