CPDM reacts to Kamto’s regime conspiracy claims

Members of the CPDM central committee have torn into Maurice Kamto’s claims of political manipulations in the country. Kamto last month made an outing in which he made several outbursts about the ruling party, claiming they were planning an intra-party succession of power and a manipulation of the constitution to safeguard power.

He made it absolutely clear to the ruling party he was not going to accept such form of politicking in the country and was prepared to go to any length to prevent that from happening.
The Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM) have however reacted to these claims made by the president of the CRM party, asking some pertinent questions and demanding concise answers from Maurice Kamto.

Amongst other questions the CPDM asked Kamto were; is the mutual transfer of power inscribed in the country’s constitution?

Who would such benefit? Equally they ask him to give the name and surname of the one he deems was going to be that third president of the country whom the mutual transfer of power could benefit.

In the meantime, we still wait to see if Maurice Kamto are going to react to the communiqué by the CPDM central committee or will choose to ignore.
