Douala: Body of newborn baby discovered in trash can

A the body of a baby has been discovered in a trash can in Ndokoti, Douala, Littoral Region of Cameroon.

The baby was discovered by passersby in the trash can on Saturday, February 18, 2023, MMI has learned.

The perpetrator and their motives are still unclear.

Gendarmerie elements who later descended to the scene have launched investigation.
