Douala: Corpse of Nso businessman found in Wouri River

The Lifeless body of Mformi Visha Roland Kidze, a businessman from Nso has been discovered in the Wouri River in Douala, Littoral region of Cameroon.

His body was discovered floating on the river on the morning of Wednesday, May 9, 2023, according to local sources.

The businessman traded fairly-used engines and other auto spare parts, in the Camp Yabassi area.

The circumstances surrounding his death are unknown at the moment. The authorities and law enforcement in the area have not made any comments, so it is not yet clear whether there are any investigations or whether the death is being treated as suspicious.

The tragic discovery comes a day after another man from the same Bui Division was killed in Yaounde for urinating on a piece of land.
