Dr. Nick Ngwanyam Proposes Confederal System Of Government as Way Forward For East And West Cameroon

Dr Nick Ngwanyam MD, says a Unitary System of Government, Decentralized System and a federal form of government will not help help Cameroon out of the current crisis, or future crisis.

He proposes a Confederation as the best option after what he says is a deep reflection on the Anglophone crisis and the very principal concern of the form of state.

His proposal focuses on key areas including budget, ministers, army, currency, foreign affairs, etc.
