Dschang: Truck crushes 24-year-old University student to death

A student of the University of Dschang whose name MMI got as Maka Blaise has died after being crushed by a truck.

Reports say the incident occurred Saturday August 27, 2022 at about 3:30 am in Dschang.

The deceased, a 24-year-old was reportedly returning from a birthday party when the unfortunate incident occured.



“He was from a birthday party. He left from the party to see off his friend to his house then left to Gare-Routier,” an eye witness told MMI.

“Around Gare-Routier,a trailer hit him,
smashing his head,” the witness added.

His body has reportedly been taken to the Dschang District Hospital mortuary.

The deceased was an Anglophone student of the faculty of Law and Political science, University of Dschang.
