Music Evangelist Elizabeth Tekeh to take South Africa by Storm
Setting off on a voyage to South Africa for a momentous music concert, Elizabeth Tekeh paused to commend her husband and convey appreciation for their collaboration in promoting the power of music.
The couple left Cameroon on Tuesday, March 19th, to attend the music evangelism event happening on March 23rd, 2024. The event will also include a Gospel Music Easter festival.
Reflecting on their departure from their homeland, Elizabeth Tekeh took to her Facebook page to share heartfelt sentiments, writing, “If you find a MAN that’s really real & genuine with you, no hidden agendas, KEEP HIM! Trust me when I say it’s so rare to find a man like Rev Martin Tekeh. God is Love.”
Elizabeth Tekeh, a renowned gospel singer and evangelist, is widely recognised for her musical talents and her dedication to promoting marriage. She has consistently emphasised the importance of patience and seeking divine guidance for young women in their search for life partners.
In an interview with DW, she emphasized the importance of prioritizing the relational aspect of marriage over extravagant ceremonies, stating, “A lot of couples forget the essential part of marriage and spend a lot of money. Marriage is not just the white wedding and traditional marriage. Marriage is a relationship, and if we forget the part of the relationship, the marriage won’t be sustained. Doing your marriage big does not guarantee a lasting marriage.”
Continuing her counsel, she asserted, “No matter how rich or educated a lady is, the husband remains the head of the household and will always be superior.”
Elizabeth Tekeh emphasised the importance of seeking guidance from experienced individuals in successful marriages, particularly highlighting the value of parental advice for young couples considering matrimony. She warned about the dangers of entering into a marriage based on shallow reasons, highlighting how these marriages often end in separation once the initial attraction wears off.
Elizabeth Tekeh has established herself as a prominent figure in the gospel music scene, having released five albums, including her latest work “Record of Life.” From her humble beginnings in Mbanga Bush to her ongoing tour in South Africa, she exemplifies the power of determination and staying current in the gospel music industry.
