Eto’o To Face Legal Battle From Sacked FECAFOOT Marketing Director

Legal representatives of Liliane Mbock Binyet, former Cameroon Football Federation, FECAFOOT Marketing Director, recently fired by Samuel Eto’o for alleged embezzlement have threatened to sue the FECAFOOT boss.

Liliane Mbock’s lawyer, Dominique Fouse has described Samuel Eto’o Fils’ actions illegal and threatened to fight back after claiming her client was innocent.

In defense of her client who is being accused of abandoning her duty post, the lawyer said Liliane Mbock Binyet had been on sick leave for a while and had informed the FECAFOOT management about her situation.

The lawyer equally argued that her client had given her maximum best possible to ensure that the federation took positive strides. This amongst other things includes social media campaigns and securing sponsorships with mega-companies like Orange Cameroon, Guinness, etc.

Despite this, Samuel Eto’o Fils is still said to have demanded Liliane Mbock to amicably leave FECAFOOT, and it had already entered the negotiation stage when the FECAFOOT boss made it public.

According to the lawyer, this has greatly affected the image of her client, hence warranting the matter to be taken to court.
