FECAFOOT North West: Another stadium promise made after election of new bureau

Mbigha Njah Felix has been re-elected President of the North West bureau of FECAFOOT. He was given the confidence Monday, October 31, 2021, during the regional elective general assembly in Bamenda.

Speaking after his re-election, Mbigha Felix disclosed that his team has as a priority to finalize plans for the development of a local playground in Bamenda which will serve as a temporal arena while waiting for the completion of works at the Bamenda municipal stadium.

The unavailability of a football pitch worthy of the name in the region is the main problem. To the president, his re-election will permit him to complete a project to this effect.

“We are working on a project with UNDP to see that they develop the PS Ntaafi field where the mini interpools were played”, Mbigha Felix said.

Also, former FECAFOOT North west scribe Hon. Agho Oliver was voted one of the six delegates to the Federal general assembly.

Before his election, Hon. Agho Oliver promised to use his mobilizing power to bring resources to the football sector in the region and everything will be done to complete the field.

Mbigha Felix has been piloting the an of FECAFOOT Nottb west for over two years. During this period, he qualified two teams to the elite two, won the by league one title with PWD Bamenda, promoted several referees to the national level amongst others.
