FIFA World Cup: University of Bamenda lecturer promises FCFA 100,000 to Cameroon’s national team if they win world cup

The President of the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences, University of Bamenda, Uba, has promised the sum of one hundred thousand francs CFA (158USD) to the indomitable lions of Camerooon if emerge champions at the 2022 world cup.

Momoh Goodluck Fred, made the promise Thursday November 24, 2022 as national team of Cameroon prepared to face Switzerland in their first encounter at the 2022 FIFA world cup taking place in Qatar.

“As the saying goes ‘we go take that’ cup,” Fred said telling MMI that: “I promise to give 100,000frs to the indomitable lions of Cameroon if they bring the cup home.”

His promise adds to that of other Cameroonians who have opted out of freewill to reward the lions handsomely if emerge champions.
