Gunfire in Ndop leaves residents in fear, houses torched

It was another chaotic day in Ndop, Ngohketunjia Division as military/Amba shooting left residents in fear.Women and children had to flee for safety. “Military has burnt houses in Bamissing village in Ndop and many are feared dead,” a source recounted.Movement was disrupted as a result. Drivers plying Ndop – Bamenda road were stranded. “Serious gun shots in Bamissing Ndop, as military invades Bamissing. Shooting between military and amba boys blocking cars from Ndop to Bamenda and from Bamenda ndop,” another source said.Calm is still to return to the area. The exact number of casualties remains unknown.
