The indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon will play against a South American team Chili in an away and return leg match as part of qualification for Olympic games 2020 in Tokyo.
The Lionesses lost to Zambia today Tuesday 10th March 2020 1 goal to 2 in Lusaka Zambia in a highly competitive match
The lionesses defeated Zambia three goals to 2 in Yaounde last week . This gives an equal goals aggregate for both teams but the Zambian picks a direct qualification ticket to Tokyo given that they scored 2 goals in Cameroon.
Sports analysts explain that by scoring two goals in Cameroon,it is an equivalent to four goals while a goal scored by the Lionesses in Lusaka in Zambia equals just two goals.
The Lionesses of Cameroon have participated at Olympic games once. Thus they are seeking a second participation.
