Kumba: Separatist fighters kill Police Inspector

A police inspector whose name MMI got as Oliver Bello has been killed by persons suspected to be separatist fighters in Kumba, South West Region of Cameroon.

He was k!lled today Friday, January 13, 2023, at a checkpoint mounted by the police at the Mambanda junction towards Tombel in Kumba III Sub Division, Meme Division of the South West region of Cameroon.

According to sources, the police Inspector isolated himself from his colleagues in order to relieve himself.

He was however apprehended and killed by the armed men, who disarmed him, before taking to their heels.

The family of the police officer has remained inconsolable following his sudden death.
