Lady reportedly missing after boarding taxi in Buea



The young Cameroonian lady by name Ashu Kelly posted on her Facebook account that the said Taxi driver was taking her to an unknown destination.

“So this driver has carried me from my house and opts to take me to moliko and drop me back at my door (I forgot my keys at work so I can’t get into the house) the cold in this buea is not your mate anymore, na me this with no inhaler for street, almost 11..,” she wrote, adding “… But my concern is as to why he’d spray his car this late. I’ve ask why he didn’t say why though…”



An hour later, she made another Facebook post which was a direct cry for help. “Helppppppp.. My body is weak.. I’m asking him to stop the car let me vomit, he’s not stopping ooo.. Abeg if anyman fit track my phone infix note 7 the car door is locked.. Please somebody should call my mother and uncle Karl.. I don’t even know where I am it’s blury,”.

She went on to add her phone number, before stating that the driver was wearing a hoodie over his head and a face mask.



“It is almost midday in Cameroon and Kelly hasn’t returned to her house in Molyko and her phones still off” said a close source moments ago.


Many of her friends have taken to Facebook praying for her safe return.

We are yet to find out if a formal complaint of her disappearance has been made at the police station.
