Martinez Zogo’s assassination video discovered in Amougou Belinga’s phone – Whistle blower Remy Ngono

By Tata Mbunwe

Popular whistle blower, Remy Ngono, has alleged that a video showing the murder of journalist Martinez Zogo has been discovered in the phone of detained billionaire and business mogul, Jean Pierre Amougou Belinga.

The phone, which is said to have been hidden, was retrieved by investigators yesterday and searched.

Remy Ngono also said several Ministers are involved in the journalist’s murder.

Amougou Belinga has been in detention for two weeks for his alleged involvement in the murder of Martinez Zogo

This comes amid accusations against the Minister of Justice, Laurent Esso, who is said to have ordered the killing of Zogo.

He was named in a testimony by one of the suspects, Justin Danwe, alongside Amougou Belinga, owner of l’Anecdot Media Group, and Maxime Eko Eko, head of the secret service.

On February 10, Reporters Without Borders said Belinga was a prime suspect in Martinez Zogo’s murder and that evidence revealed he had paid 35 million francs to members of the secret service to abduct and murder the journalist.

Amougou Belinga’s lawyer however denied all the charges as a false attempt to bring down the media mogul.
