Minister of Decentralization pays visit to the family of the deceased mayor of Garoua.

The Minister of Decentralization and Local Development, Mr. Georges Elanga Obam went to Garoua today to present the condolences to the family of the deceased Mayor of the city of Garoua.

The minister was representing President Paul Biya during the condolence visit.

Dr. Ousmaila Mohamadou, Mayor of Garoua died on Wednesday, March 29 2023 in Yaounde, Centre region of Cameroon.
