Misaje DO cheats death in car accident

The Divisional officer of Misaje Subdivision is said to have been rushed to the hospital in a critical condition after an accident on Kicheng River, along the along the Mesaje-Dumbo stretch of road.

“This happened today at about 10am when he plunged his car into the Kincheng River in Mesaje” a source told Mimi Mefo info.

Citing a police man who is said to have been on duty in a checkpoint around the accident scene, a source in Mesaje said the DO drove pass the checkpoint on normal speed, but few meters away from the checkpoint a loud sound was produced. People got to the area only to realize the administrator’s vehicle under the bridge.
