Citing a police man who is said to have been on duty in a checkpoint around the accident scene, a source in Mesaje said the DO drove pass the checkpoint on normal speed, but few meters away from the checkpoint a loud sound was produced. People got to the area only to realize the administrator’s vehicle under the bridge.

A joint effort from the population and soldiers helped to get the DO and vehicle from beneath the bridge.
