MMI Founder, Mimi Mefo welcomes baby girl shortly after engagement party

Cameroonian journalist, Mimi Mefo Takambou who works for German broadcaster DW has today been delivered a baby girl.

Mimi who is Founder of Cameroon’s foremost online news platform just recently got engaged. The icing on the cake, her new baby has been named Glorianna.

Many have since taken to social media to congratulate Mimi and her partner on the latest milestones.

“Congratulations on the engagement Mimi Mefo & welcome to your cute little princess,” wrote journalist and activist, Commy Musa who termed it “double breaking good news”.

Former Equinoxe TV editor, Prince Nfor Hanson could not hide his joy and has since made several posts congratulating his colleague and close friend.

“Congrats on your engagement Mimi Mefo God bless your union and more children,” he wrote.

He wrote in yet another; “Love is good when you meet the right man…”

The renowned journalist it should be recalled has remained at the fore of the Anglophone crisis, braving the odds to report the facts of the conflict.

Despite moving to Germany, her love and zeal for the profession only multiplied, earning her a role at DW.

Many are curious about what follows in her journey after the latest double wins.
