Moliwe Again: Three accidents reported today within a few hours

A few weeks ago, Moliwe was the scene of a fatal accident which left six people dead.

Authorities have however, failed to address the issues that led to the deadly accident — and today, more accidents have occurred.

Three road accidents, occurred this morning at Moliwe on the outskirts of Limbe leaving at least two people seriously injured.

Fortunately, no life was lost, a witness told MMI.

The first accident involved two heavy duty trucks, one of which tumbled by the roadside as it was transporting soft drinks to Limbe.

Less than two hours later, a motorbike also crashed on a truck in the same area, followed by another heavy duty truck that had a tire puncture on the road.

See pictures below ?

Traffic was halted traffic on the road stretch for several minutes.

The accidents came exactly three weeks since a ghastly car accident at Moliwe killed six people, including three students.

The accident that occurred on March 31, 2023 was blamed on reckless driving.
