Alain Fogue, National treasurer of the Cameroon Renaissance Movement party has reportedly “been arrested”.
Fogue went missing hours to the d-day of the opposition planned protest in Cameroon.
His party’s leader, Maurice Kamto called for a nationwide protest against bad election laws and the deepening Anglophone crisis.
In one of his outings days back, Fogue said his party simply organised a peaceful demonstration and not a coup d’etat.
