Musical Artist Daphne, Husband Make Big Announcement; Expecting A Baby Girl.

Cameroonian musical artiste Daphne and her husband have announced that they are expecting a baby girl.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2020, have been praying God for the fruit of the womb. The excitement that came be perceived from the announcement indicates they are overjoyed as they expect a child.

Daphne Efundem Njie, 34-year-old is a popular singer and songwriter, married to an American based businessman called William Sama Niba 31.

Daphne has released several hit songs since the beginning of her musical career including “Calée “, “promet moi”, “jusqu’à la gare” amongst others.

Winner of AFRIMA Award for Best Female Artiste in Central Africa 2018, the Balafon Music Award for Best Female Voice of the Year 2016, Canal d’Or Award for Best Female Artiste in Cameroon 2019.

Daphne is also an actress and recently starred in the multi award winning Cameroonian movie “The Fisherman’s Diary” by Kang Quintus.

Njie’s music is a blend of traditional Cameroonian sounds, contemporary pop, Afro-beat and reggae.
