Ni John Fru Ndi violated tradition by visiting a ‘crime scene’ in Limbe – HRH Motia Mathum

The traditional ruler of Livanda village in Limbe I Subdivision, Fako Division in Cameroon’s South West region is demanding the National Chairman of the Social Democratic Front, SDF, to render an immediate apology within 48 hours for violating the tradition and culture of the people of Livanda by visiting ‘a crime scene’.

In a release signed by His Royal Highness Motia Mathum of Livanda village Monday August 12, 2019, the traditional ruler says Ni John Fru Ndi violated the custom by visiting the Ebai family residence in Limbe where three died and eight others have been hospitalized for consuming a poisonous meal last week.

To HRH Motia “…Fru Ndi should understand what it means to break other people’s custom and tradition. I therefore wish to inform you that the village Livanda demands an apology…”
The chief ends by warning the Chairman of the Social Democratic Front that the village will not want to witness any unauthorized visit from anyone for any reason.
Ni John Fru Ndi or the Social Democratic Front Party has not reacted to the call of the people of Livanda village at the moment.
