Nigeria’s Vice President Professor Yemi Osibanjo, 65, has declared his intension to contest in the country’s 2023 presidential election.
The political consultation are expected to take place in February next year.
While announcing his intension recently , Osibanjo said: “Today, with utmost humility, formally express my intentions to run for the office of the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the platform of our great party, the All Progressive Congress”.
Proffesor Yemi Osibanjo was made Buhari’s deputy in the year 2015.
