Nkambe council donates digital tools to empower its youth

The Nkambe council in the Donga Mantung division has once more come to the aid of young people within the Nkambe municipality.

The council has empowered the youth of Nkambe with the acquisition of hardware and digital equipment meant for the youth multipurpose center in Nkambe.

The equipment comprising computers, laptops, ultra-modern sound system, generator, and a projector were handed over to the center over the weekend by the first deputy mayor Mme Adjara Danjuma.

During the handing over ceremony, Mme Adjara Danjuma disclosed that the equipment will be used to train the young people in ICT and other trades to prepare them for the job market.

Since taking over the Nkambe council as mayor, Musa Shey Nfor has been development-oriented and has worked towards the growth of young people and the empowerment of women.

Recently, he inaugurated a modern meat sales point coupled with other donations he has carried out in the area.
